Kawaii Wednesdays - Rainy Days

Today's installment of the Kawaii Kids is another request I received.  It seemed right to make a rainy day paper doll for today.  The weather in New England has been amazing and that streak ended today. 

Rainy days just mean more time for paper dolls!
