Viktoria, Frankenstein's Monster Paper Doll

I love October! Today is my wedding anniversary.  When we had the chance to get married in October, I jumped at it.  I love the county fairs, festivals, apple picking, and all of the harvest activities.

And Halloween. Today's doll is a tribute to one of my favorite books - Frankenstein.  I read this in high school and loved it, then took a whole course on it in college.  There are so many layers to this book that it's worth reading over and over again. If you have any interest in sci-fi, feminism, or just a great horror story, read this.  I could tell you all about it, but Wikipedia does a better job than I could.

So here's Viktoria, my monster paper doll.  I have one more doll to post, and then some mix & match outfits for all three. Look for those in the next couple of days!

  1. The sleeves on her gown are really rather elegant. I wonder if I should be doing something Halloween oriented on my site... I am so enjoying what you and Liana have going.

    1. I'm glad you like it. The gown is really straight out of the Bride of Frankenstein movie. I have some really great costumes coming up for this doll. Liana's Halloween dolls are always great and this is really the first time I've tried doing anything for Halloween. The more the merrier :)
